This year we had great weather, many floats, great bands and 2 Grand Marshals. Plus there were many opportunities to help us make Christmas special for people all around Cambridge through donations to the Food Bank, Tree of Hope and Warming up the Streets.
The 2010 parade is dedicated in loving memory of Elena Thomas, a long-time supporter whose husband is also on our committee to build Santa's float.
Remember Christmas is for Giving!
| We collected 3,691 pounds of food and $1,980.85 for the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank.
We also took up a collection for “Warming up the Streets.” You can help by donating hats, mitts, scarves, coats, and blankets. Plus, we collected new toys for Tree of Hope. Please help the staff at Suds Express and Jiffy Lube in Cambridge as they collect new toys to bring toys to kids throughout our community. |
