CAMBRIDGE SANTA CLAUS PARADE ON ROGERS TV

November 11, 2009 (Cambridge) – This Saturday, November 14 at 6 pm, Rogers TV, Cable 20 presents exclusive coverage of the Cambridge Santa Claus Parade. Encore presentations will air Saturday, November 15 at noon, Wednesday, November 26 at 7 pm, Monday, November 30 at 7 pm, Saturday, December 5 at noon and Sunday, December 13 at 12:30 pm.

Rogers TV’s Rosalind Horne and Mike Farwell will provide commentary as Jolly Old St. Nick arrives in Cambridge for a magical evening filled with colourful floats and sounds of the holidays. Reporter, David Hutchison will be at street-level to chat with spectators as the annual parade makes its way down Hespeler Road.

“The Cambridge parade is an impressive kick off to the holiday season,” says Jeremy Clark, Regional Station Manager, Rogers TV. “We’re delighted to offer our viewers an opportunity to experience the festive sights and sounds from this year’s celebrations.”

Viewers are invited to watch the Cambridge Santa Claus Parade and play along with Rogers TV’s Holiday Happiness Contest. Viewers are eligible to win one of two family memberships to the Children’s Museum (worth over $110) or a Jazlyn J Holiday Gift Pack (worth over $50) featuring books from the children’s series by Renná Bruce and Robin Oakes.
